This series of heavy-duty horizontal lathes is a meticulously designed range of mechatronic machine tools, integrating multi-disciplinary and multi-field precision manufacturing technologies such as electrical, hydraulic control, automatic control, and modern mechanical design. It is developed by our company based on long-term experience in manufacturing horizontal lathes, incorporating advanced international technologies of today, and utilizing cutting-edge international design methods and manufacturing techniques, such as simulation design, three-dimensional modeling, and finite element analysis. The product features a modular configuration.
Spindle Box: The spindle features a through-shaft design supported by high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings, ensuring high accuracy and stability.
Main Drive: Powered by an AC spindle servo motor or DC motor, the main drive offers hydraulic two-speed control with stepless speed regulation within each speed range. This provides a wide speed range and excellent adaptability.
Bed Rails: The bed features integral three-rail or four-rail design, precision-ground and processed. The main rail surfaces undergo medium-frequency quenching to achieve a hardness of up to HRC52.
Tailstock: The tailstock adopts an integral box-type structure. The mandrel inside the sleeve uses high-precision, adjustable double-row short cylindrical roller bearings with radial clearance. Both the sleeve and tailstock are motor-driven and equipped with force measurement devices.
Tool Post: The tool post uses ball screws for lateral movement and high-precision rack and pinion backlash elimination structures for longitudinal movement, enhancing the transmission accuracy of the tool post.
Machine Configuration: The machine is equipped with a walkway and pendant button station for convenient operation.
Load Capacity: The CK61xxC series offers load capacities of 32 tons (C model), 40 tons (G model), and 50 tons (G/I model).
