Shandong HQ Precision Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yishui, Shandong Province, China. It is a professional r&d enterprise of medium and large lathe series, a national hightech enterprise and a civilmilitary integration enterprise in Shandong Province. Our factory was founded in 1952 and was a designated pipe thread lathe manufacturer of the former Ministry of National Machinery Industry. It was restructured in 2013 and we started to export recent years. At present, the company covers an area of 200 000 square meters, fixed assets of more than 600 million yuan, more than 300 employees, with more than 50 engineers and technicians.
The casting workshop of the company has been relocated and rebuilt. Currently, the production workshop covers an area of 14,400 square meters, with more than 80 employees. The maximum single casting for pouring is 10 tons. The company owns one resin sand production line with a capacity of 20 tons per hour, one 25-ton-per-hour double-arm mobile sand mixer, one 15-ton-per-hour fixed double-arm sand mixer, one 5-ton-per-hour fixed double-arm sand mixer, two 3-ton medium-frequency electric furnaces, one 20-ton industrial heat treatment electric furnace, one 20-ton through-type hook shot blasting cleaning machine, and a total of ten 5-32-ton overhead traveling cranes. It can produce various high-quality medium and small castings, and has now formed an annual production capacity of over 10,000 tons.
Our company undertakes external orders for various cast iron parts such as HT250, HT300, QT400-18, QY450-10, QT450-15, QT500-7, QT600-3, QT700-2, as well as machine tool beds, columns, worktables, beams, etc., Q castings for injection molding machines, and castings for wind power generation.
