1). Reasonable Structure and excellent performance.Special Design for Headstock that use Gear Rim to ensure a large Torque of lathe machine .
2.). High Rigidity, Stability and Precision Maintenance. All castings parts are do quenching heat treatment to ensure the high accuracy of lathe machine. All guide rails are ground by 18 meters large grinding machine.
3.) Hydrostatic Guide Rail with excellent lubrication which makes the heavy duty horizontal lathe machine has good rigidity, stability and accuracy.
4.) Engineers are available over-sea installation,commissioning and Training the operators at customer's factory.
5.) We have our own foundry for castings, which can guarantee a high quality lathe machine. Besides, we also have professional machining equipments like gantry CNC Grinding Machine, CNC Boring Milling Machine, etc and inspection equipments like ultrasonic fault detector,hardness test system,etc for CNC Lathe, Horizontal Lathe Manufacture.
